- Develop customer relationships by working with and observing Territory Sales Managers, agents, customers, and peers
- learn differences between Multi-Peril Crop Insurance and private products
- observe and assist with claims and adjusting
- learn agricultural practices and crop loss procedures
- become familiar with precision technology
