What you'll do
- Push passengers in wheelchairs to and from gates
- safely guide occupied wheelchairs down jet bridges
- confirm wheel brakes are set before passengers exit
- complete wheelchair or incident reports
- follow dispatcher gate orders
- assist passengers with questions or concerns and luggage movement
- maintain professional relationships with coworkers, airline employees, supervisors, managers, and airport authorities
- assist with cruise operations as required.
