Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform routine painting, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and minor electrical repairs
• complete maintenance reports and required documentation
• respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls
• comply with safety and health regulations
• help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• perform additional maintenance duties as assigned.
