What you'll do

• Handle walk-in, telephone, and electronic parts inquiries and sales
• identify and verify parts and compatibility
• prepare and follow up on quotes
• and process orders while communicating status and addressing delays. Coordinate with Parts Operations, Generator Service, vendors, and internal teams. Maintain sales, order, customer, and parts records and support parts handling, inventory, shipping, returns, and work-order activities as needed.
