What you'll do

• Confirm next-day case assignments
• evaluate patients before procedures and document anesthesia notes
• provide anesthesia for assigned surgical specialties and procedures
• provide coverage as needed for surgical ICU, short stay, acute pain management, TEE, and emergency airway management
• consult on admitted patients and outpatient e-consults
• document intraoperative and postoperative care
• follow VA medication policies and complete required training.
