What you'll do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for production incidents across AWS-hosted applications and infrastructure
- triage incidents, identify root causes, restore service within SLAs, and escalate code-level defects with diagnostics. Participate in on-call rotations, major incident bridges, and post-incident reviews. Perform health checks, respond to alerts, and maintain monitoring dashboards using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric, and ThousandEyes.
