What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, vendors, and guests
• follow site access-control procedures and appropriate emergency response activities
• monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, document arrivals and departures, and communicate access concerns
• respond professionally to incidents and resident concerns
• patrol common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• maintain daily activity and incident reports.
