What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers, advise on plant and floral care, take special requests, and create arrangements to specifications
• process and prepare flowers and customer orders
• process FTD, interstore, Teleflora, and internet orders while maintaining confidentiality
• monitor inventory and product freshness
• train and guide floral clerks
• order flowers and supplies with direction from the Floral Manager
• replenish merchandise and help with in-store events as needed.
