What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, fixtures, electrical, mechanical, energy management, and fire and life safety
• assist with project estimates and vendor oversight
• track work orders, labor, equipment, and parts
• perform renovation and rent-ready unit work
• provide snow removal
• respond to emergencies and after-hours requests
• follow company procedures and applicable laws.
