Application Engineer / QA Analyst – Microsoft Intune & Mobile Device Management

Job overview

The Application Engineer / QA Analyst role is remote, with occasional travel to customer facilities or company meetings as required. Compensation is $110,000–$130,000 per year. Vamonos IT provides enterprise cloud computing and infrastructure management services to Homeland Security and federal civilian customers. The role supports migration of managed mobile devices from VMware Workspace ONE/AirWatch to Microsoft Intune and the ongoing engineering, testing, application management, troubleshooting, and production support of the resulting environment. Its work helps validate secure, reliable endpoint services for a U.S. federal agency.

What you'll do

• Support planning, testing, execution, and validation of migration to Intune
• configure and support iOS/iPadOS and Android Enterprise devices
• develop and execute test plans and regression tests
• configure enrollment, policies, applications, and security controls
• troubleshoot deployment, authentication, compliance, and connectivity issues
• document defects and results
• support post-migration Tier 2/Tier 3 operations
• maintain technical documentation and collaborate with customer and technical stakeholders.
