Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator

The Maintenance Purchasing Coordinator is an onsite, full-time role at the Rochester, MN facility. Pay is $22–$26 per hour. The coordinator ensures maintenance parts, equipment, and plant consumables are sourced, stocked, and tracked to support efficient maintenance operations and minimize downtime. The role works with maintenance leadership, vendors, Accounts Payable, and internal departments to maintain inventory accuracy and timely material availability.

What you'll do

• Issue purchase orders
• receive, verify, and stock maintenance materials and parts
• maintain inventory levels and tracking systems
• coordinate invoice processing and purchase order reconciliation with Accounts Payable
• source materials from vendors
• maintain vendor relationships and reorder points
• generate purchasing and inventory reports
• support maintenance purchasing needs
• and coordinate shipping or distribution of parts and materials.
