What you'll do

• Maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, dining rooms, restrooms, activity rooms, and outdoor spaces
• sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
• assist with room turnover and light maintenance such as minor repairs, painting, and furniture assembly
• respond to resident and staff facility requests
• report maintenance or safety concerns
• support event setup and breakdown
• monitor cleaning and maintenance supplies and request replenishment.
