What you'll do

• Inspect washed and sanitized glassware, remove water spots, dry and stock items for Front of House service
• follow health and safety procedures and discard broken or defective glassware
• clean and polish stemware, flatware and bar glassware
• restock glassware for bars and minibars when applicable
• support bartenders by wiping bottles and maintaining the bar
• communicate with team members and perform other duties as assigned.
