What you'll do

• Supervise and coach Distribution Coordinators and the Spare Parts Fulfillment and Shipping departments
• assign and prioritize daily work
• oversee picking, packing, labeling, staging, documentation, loading, and shipment release
• coordinate carrier pickups and freight schedules
• monitor shipping and fulfillment metrics
• resolve discrepancies, delays, inventory issues, and delivery concerns
• maintain ERP, MRP, warehouse, shipping, and inventory records
• coordinate cycle counts and reconciliations
• review stocking levels and recommend adjustments
• ensure safety and housekeeping standards
• train employees
• lead or participate in improvement initiatives and audits.
