What you'll do

• Conduct specialized care consultations and needs assessments

• evaluate and support support groups
• help plan program outcomes and evaluation
• maintain quarterly client or caregiver engagement and documentation
• educate the public and professionals about ALS
• serve as liaison to ALS clinics
• provide professional in-service education
• mentor new staff.
