Hot Tub and Property Maintenance Technician

The Hot Tub and Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite across rental properties in Colorado Springs, CO, and surrounding mountain communities. Pay is $25 per hour, with an additional mileage stipend for use of a personal vehicle. nestago manages short- and mid-term rentals and aims to provide well-maintained properties and positive guest and homeowner experiences. The role keeps approximately 15 hot tubs clean, balanced, functional, and ready for guests, while supporting seasonal exterior upkeep. It helps the Property Care team maintain guest-ready properties through hot tub servicing, lawn care, snow removal, and minor maintenance.

What you'll do

• Service approximately 15 hot tubs
• test and balance water chemistry
• clean filters, waterlines, covers, and surrounding areas
• drain, clean, and refill tubs as needed
• monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic issues
• maintain service records
• mow, trim, weed, and clean landscaped areas
• perform snow and ice removal
• complete minor repairs and general property upkeep
• coordinate with the part-time lawn care employee.

Why this role

Lawn care, landscaping, or general property maintenance experience required; hot tub or pool experience strongly preferred. Must own a reliable AWD or 4WD truck, have a valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance, and be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Approximately 30–40 hours weekly; weekday and weekend availability required.
