What you'll do

• Prepare daily deposits and process cash, checks, and electronic payments
• maintain cash-control policies
• record deposits in the general ledger and bank tracking sheet
• process and record credit-card payments and donations
• post and reconcile Home Delivered Meals payments
• reconcile petty cash
• maintain procedures
• enter, clean, and verify data
• prepare reports
• respond to information requests
• and perform general clerical duties and volunteer engagement.
