What you'll do

• Develop knowledge of and support safety compliance
• interpret civil construction drawings and contract documents
• prepare as-built documentation
• review projects and perform quantity takeoffs
• collect job logs and billing quantities
• track subcontractors, invoices, and work completion
• attend project meetings
• create and track RFIs
• update schedules
• assist with procurement and submittals
• manage project data in Spectrum ERP
• support quality procedures and reporting.
