The Behavior Support Specialist — Weekends/Overnights role is onsite in Omaha, NE, with listed weekend shifts of 8 a.m.–11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday or 11 p.m.–8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The specialist supports an individual with a developmental disability and behavioral challenges, helping address personal goals and daily needs while promoting dignity and personal choice. The role also reinforces therapies and maintains required service documentation.

What you'll do

• Support personal goals
• administer medications
• plan and prepare meals
• assist with activities of daily living
• transport the individual to and from day programs and community outings
• reinforce speech, behavioral support, and physical therapies
• maintain required documentation
• provide respectful support that upholds dignity and personal choice.
