The Account Executive, Physical AI role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with an in-person culture four days per week. Compensation is $220,000–$320,000 per year. Encord provides a data platform for AI teams across the model lifecycle; this role supports its growing Physical AI segment. The account executive owns the full commercial sales cycle, selling to robotics, autonomous-vehicle, and research-focused organizations. The role develops customer relationships and market insight, closes business, and brings customer feedback to product, engineering, and customer-success teams.

What you'll do

• Own the sales cycle from outbound through close with pipeline-generation support
• sell to Physical AI teams in robotics, autonomous vehicles, and research
• build relationships with technical and executive buyers
• develop insight into customer needs and platform impact
• partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• help refine the ideal customer profile
• forecast and maintain pipeline discipline.
