The technician implements individualized one-to-one ABA programs, records session data, and builds relationships with clients and families. Working with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the RBT contributes to therapy plans that build on each client’s strengths.

• Implement individualized ABA programs one-to-one with children and young adults on the autism spectrum
