What you'll do

• Help create an inclusive environment
• learn and apply Trauma Informed Care principles
• explore therapeutic interventions and present recommendations to a supervisor
• progressively co-facilitate and facilitate youth and family sessions
• optionally co-facilitate group therapy
• practice progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge planning documentation
• learn and use assessment tools as appropriate
• present a client case to a clinical review team
• and conduct transition or termination activities for clients routinely served.
