Job overview
The Integrative Nutrition and Wellness Coordinator role is onsite in Mill Spring, NC, with a weekday schedule of 32 hours per week, generally 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with some flexibility. Starting pay is $24.40 per hour, increasing based on experience. CooperRiis is a therapeutic healing community in Mill Spring. The coordinator supports residents’ physical wellness goals through assessment, education, coaching, and evidence-based interventions. The role works with the integrative recovery team and other staff to deliver consistent wellness programming and monitor residents’ health and safety.
What you'll do
- Implement the CooperRiis Wellness curriculum and monitor fidelity measures
- assess residents and support physical wellness goals
- provide health coaching, consultation, education, and groups
- supervise the massage therapist
- coordinate supplement assessments and recommendations with staff
- manage resident metabolic-monitoring data
- respond to health and safety concerns
- train staff on wellness topics.
