Compensation is $25–$55 per hour. The Fitness Coach role is onsite at the Pleasant View studio in Ogden, UT. Compensation includes competitive base pay, commission, and performance bonuses; numeric The role supports Orangetheory’s coach-led, science-backed, technology-tracked workouts. The coach leads members through structured group workouts, helps them pursue fitness goals, and promotes safe, effective exercise through form guidance and equipment demonstrations.

What you'll do

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts
• help members set and achieve goals
• monitor form and offer corrections
• understand the science behind the workouts and heart-rate-focused training
• demonstrate workout equipment
• and work as part of the team. Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company and be AED/CPR certified.
