What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and resident care as directed by the staff nurse
• make safety rounds
• answer call lights
• record intake and output and vital signs
• observe and report changes
• assist with meals, personal possessions, room care, and resident transfers
• participate in care planning, education, and quality assurance.
