What you'll do

• Lead district sales growth, profitability, and brand awareness
• develop market-specific business strategies
• partner with cross-functional teams
• analyze market trends and performance metrics
• recruit and develop talent
• coach and mentor Store Managers
• lead customer acquisition, retention, and clienteling initiatives
• spend approximately 80% of time in stores coaching and supporting Store Managers
• review business performance
• ensure operational standards, visual merchandising, inventory practices, and company policies are followed
• drive action plans and continuous improvement.
