What you'll do

• Hire, train, and lead administrative and provider teams
• conduct team meetings, quarterly one-on-ones, and performance reviews
• oversee daily operations
• manage inventory, orders, and device maintenance schedules
• maintain patient records and documentation
• support regulatory compliance
• oversee deposits, sales revenue, CareCredit, and budget tracking
• support payroll and scheduling as needed
• partner with headquarters on strategy and annual goals
• address client concerns
• manage vendor relationships.
