The Crane Operator 3 role is onsite in Rock Hill, SC. Pay is $44 per hour. The role supports M.C. Dean’s Modular Mission Critical campus, which produces modular products for data centers and critical infrastructure. The operator leads complex crane lifts by assessing hazards, reviewing lift plans, configuring equipment, and controlling difficult loads. The role also supports safe recovery decisions, equipment readiness, and field development of other operators.

What you'll do

• Lead hazard reviews for complex setups
• review lift packages and assumptions
• plan crane positioning, configuration, and setup with qualified crew
• diagnose abnormal equipment behavior and verify repair release
• apply advanced load-chart restrictions
• operate difficult loads with precision
• plan signal coverage and emergency stops
• lead lift execution with hold points
• make stop, reposition, reconfigure, landing, or stand-down decisions
• develop recovery steps and re-brief teams
• review logs and equipment history
• mentor operators and support authorized evaluations.

Why this role

Requires current CCO TSS, TLL, and LAT certifications for assigned equipment scope, documented employer operator evaluation, and at least six years of experience or equivalent experience and training. CDL Class A and medical card apply when assigned carrier or transport duties.
