What you'll do

• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems
• measure, cut, and install materials to project specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• install insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, sealants, and waterproofing systems
• diagnose roof damage and perform repairs
• operate tools and roofing equipment safely
• transport materials
• maintain safe work areas
• inspect completed work
• follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements
• collaborate with crew members and assist with mentoring newer team members as experience allows.
