Value-Added Services Lead — Warehouse Operations

What you'll do

• Lead value-added services projects from initiation through completion
• direct and coach associates and temporary employees
• coordinate project scope, staffing, timelines, and resources
• prepare materials and documentation
• monitor productivity, quality, staffing, and progress
• coordinate agency staffing and onboarding
• validate staffing invoices
• maintain records and escalate issues
• promote a safe, organized work environment.
