The Total Rewards & HR Operations Leader role is onsite three to four days per week at the corporate headquarters in Torrance, CA. Compensation is $200,000–$225,000 base annually, plus a 25% bonus and equity. The employer is a growing food manufacturer centralizing its human resources function. As the CHRO’s partner, this leader builds and oversees benefits, compensation, HRIS, payroll, and HR operations. The role connects HR and finance through workforce planning and analytics, while developing scalable systems and programs for a multi-country organization and franchise operations.

What you'll do

• Build a unified total rewards strategy across U.S., Canadian, and Australian operations
• evaluate benefits and oversee plan design, vendors, funding, and compliance
• design compensation structures and lead merit and bonus cycles
• own HR technology strategy and optimize or evaluate ADP platforms
• integrate HR, payroll, benefits, and finance data
• oversee payroll processes across entities and countries
• partner with finance on headcount planning, labor cost modeling, budgeting, and reporting
• build HR operations infrastructure
• oversee total rewards and HR operations for franchise operations
• lead and develop the relevant team.
