The Warehouse and Forklift Driver role is onsite in Salinas, CA, working 3:30 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Thursday and Saturday; additional hours and days may be required. Pay is $19–$21 per hour. The role supports the movement of perishable goods through temperature-controlled storage and outbound trailers. The position exists to keep receiving, storage, inventory, and shipping operations accurate and efficient. It contributes to product freshness and food safety by operating material-handling equipment, following FIFO practices, verifying shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, squeeze lifts, and electric pallet jacks to move and stage pallets
• organize and rotate products in cold storage using FIFO
• load outbound trailers and unload inbound shipments while verifying counts and quality
• use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• inspect equipment and report issues
• follow OSHA and FSMA requirements
• maintain sanitation and workspace organization.
