What you'll do

• Manage residential and commercial mitigation projects involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage
• inspect sites and develop project scopes
• coordinate technicians, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
• monitor drying progress and procedures
• maintain job documentation, moisture logs, photos, and daily records
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and management
• monitor schedules and budgets
• oversee jobsite safety and quality
• assist with estimating, invoicing, and job files
• participate in emergency response and rotating on-call schedule.
