What you'll do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out
• schedule appointments using practice management software
• answer and return calls
• follow up with new-patient leads
• collect payments and manage financial accounts
• explain care plans and financial expectations
• maintain patient records and request medical records
• follow HIPAA guidelines
• assist with social media and patient engagement
• perform clerical tasks.
