What you'll do

• Set up and operate packaging machines and production support equipment, including in-line zipper applicators where applicable
• track in-process and completed production
• determine cheese quantities needed for orders
• ensure packaging specifications are met
• record film and ingredient usage and equipment efficiency and downtime
• complete quality-control checks and documentation
• maintain reliable attendance.
