What you'll do

• Assist in directing, coordinating, and evaluating store operations
• supervise 8–12 associates and support the Store Manager
• participate in interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
• assign and review work and conduct performance evaluations
• maintain staffing, inventory, store safety, and cleanliness
• build customer relationships and support sales goals
• review sales and financial reports
• monitor records, expenses, and compliance.
