Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Remote Georgia role is currently fully remote for children and families throughout Georgia; compensation is up to $93 per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience. BK Behavior provides a clinician-focused setting with a dedicated BCBA Success Manager for ongoing support. The BCBA provides remote Applied Behavior Analysis services by assessing behavior, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding behavior technicians, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support clinical goals. The role may transition to hybrid if Georgia regulations require additional in-person services in the future.

What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • supervise and guide behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust plans
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • maintain documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
