Community Engagement Facilitator, Part-Time

Job overview

The Community Engagement Facilitator role is onsite in Hays, KS, and pays $15–$17 per hour. Girl Scouts of Kansas Heartland works to build girls’ courage, confidence, and character. The facilitator supports membership, participation, and retention by connecting prospective and current members with programs and volunteer opportunities. The role also supports community events, customer care, and council retail operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare resources for community events and program activities
• participate in outreach events
• facilitate Girl Scout programming
• guide prospective members through membership decisions and coordinate placements
• answer customer inquiries
• assist with retail inventory, order processing, customer service, deposits, and records.
