What you'll do

• Verify provider information and requests for claim-audit documentation, including itemized bills and medical records
• check patient, provider contact, and client information for accuracy
• communicate identified issues to leadership
• maintain production and quality standards
• assist coworkers and management with product goals
• forward misdirected requests
• protect medical records and PHI/PII
• make outbound calls as needed.
