Radiology Technologist This is an onsite, part-time position in Aquasco, MD, with a salary range of $29.73 - $53.49/Hr. This role performs diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, including interpretation, EKGs, phlebotomy, IV insertions, and obtaining vital signs.

What you'll do

• Develops film including evaluating film for technical quality.
• Transport patients to radiographic room as needed.
• Prepares and maintains room.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas.
• Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions.
• Maintains X-ray and other equipment in efficient operating order.
• Performs preventative maintenance regularly.
• Obtains patient history, answers patient questions, and explains procedures.
• Obtains vital signs, as indicated, along with required documentation.
• Prepares written documentation such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Access, manipulate, store and Create CD's from PACS.
• Performs radiographic examinations.
• May assist a licensed practitioner with fluoroscopic, specialized interventional procedures.
• May perform non-interpretive fluoroscopic procedures as appropriate and consistent with applicable state statutes.
• Requests and orders supply as needed to keep materials on hand.
• Checks drug supplies and informs the appropriate person of what needs to be re-stocked.

What we're looking for

Education

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) Radiology Technology license in the State of Maryland

Experience

Associate degree preferred
