What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for investments across asset classes
• advise clients on deal structuring, governance, and regulatory considerations
• prepare and negotiate transaction agreements, limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters
• collaborate with transactional, tax, finance, and regulatory teams
• manage concurrent transactions from term sheet through closing
• use AI technology and emerging legal tools to improve work quality and efficiency.
