Advanced Billing Associate

The Advanced Billing Associate role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with pay of $30.36–$32.56 per hour. General Dynamics Mission Systems develops technology and services supporting defense and scientific missions. The associate prepares accurate, compliant invoices and maintains billing records to support revenue, earnings, cash goals, and timely collections. The role also follows billing controls and accounting requirements to support internal and external audits.

What you'll do

• Prepare at least 150 basic firm-fixed-price, time-and-material, and commercial invoices monthly
• follow billing policies and procedures
• track and maintain billing information in financial systems
• ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and other accounting regulations
• support audit readiness.
