What you'll do

• Respond to inbound customer calls
• process policy endorsements
• handle payments and billing inquiries
• follow up on cancellation audits
• contact clients about property inspection inquiries
• coordinate with mortgage lenders on home policy endorsements
• answer questions about eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
• build client relationships and create cross-sell, referral, and retention opportunities.
