What you'll do

• Under supervision, learn professional phone etiquette and patient scheduling
• MEDENT electronic health record basics
• patient check-in and check-out
• patient flow and waiting-area management
• front-desk tasks including faxing, copying, and filing

• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
