Director of Project Management

What you'll do

• Directly supervise project managers, junior project managers, and assistant project managers
• develop the department’s strategic plan
• ensure consistent use of project tools and processes
• distribute projects and manage workflow
• coach and mentor staff
• oversee project management standard operating procedures
• manage departmental budgets and annual projections
• monitor project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and financial forecasts across concurrent projects.
