What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end service delivery and support for SYSPRO ERP, TransLution WMS, and connected systems
• establish service levels and escalation paths
• manage incident intake, triage, problem resolution, and reporting
• own the steady-state roadmap, optimization backlog, and change calendar for production systems
• partner with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance leaders on improvements
• oversee live-system communications, documentation, training, and adoption
• lead and develop the service delivery team and manage run-side platform partner relationships.
