Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN)

The Wellness Nurse (LPN or RN) role is onsite in Santa Fe, NM, and pays $38–$41 per hour. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MorningStar Senior Living’s stated focus is providing care and support for residents in its community. The nurse assesses residents’ health and functional status, develops individualized service plans, and coordinates care to support residents’ health and continued participation in assisted living. The role includes medication oversight, resident and family communication, documentation, and supervision and training support for caregiving staff.

What you'll do

• Conduct regular resident wellness checks and assessments
• review medical reports before move-in
• oversee medication schedules and records
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the care team
• coordinate additional health services
• maintain health files and infection-control practices
• assist with training and caregiving as needed
• perform on-call staffing and scheduling duties and provide emergency coverage.
