What you'll do

• Maintain communication with supervisory staff, clinical services, and providers
• collect, organize, and process pathology slides and reports
• support dermatology phone rooms
• research errors and complaints and provide feedback
• compile reports
• train new hires and assist with competency evaluations
• observe skill levels and coordinate cross-training and shared assignments
• track appointment rotation grids and provide reports
• monitor patient volumes and direct float coverage
• attend meetings and training.
