What you'll do
- Coordinate the facility’s Resident Assessment Instrument process in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- complete MDS and supporting assessments and clinical documentation
- evaluate residents’ comprehensive care plans
- audit medical records for supporting documentation
- collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- attend weekly education meetings about MDS changes
- and maintain confidentiality of protected health information.

Why this role
