What you'll do

• Engage in sales consultations with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the customer's security alarm systems, identifying root cause, and implementing appropriate solutions to ensure proper function.
• Conduct thorough testing of installed security systems to ensure all components are functioning correctly and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Educate customers on the proper use and functionality of their security alarm systems.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, including installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records.
• Stay updated on knowledge of security alarm systems, emerging technologies, and industry standards.
